Dr Ramatsemela Masango

Dr Ramatsemela Masango is the Chief Executive Officer of Mzesi Academy (Pty) Ltd in South Africa, a subsidiary of Mzansi Energy Solutions and Innovations (Pty) Ltd.

She was previously employed by the South African Nuclear Energy Corporation (Necsa), the Pebble Bed Modular Reactor Company, The National Nuclear Regulator and Eskom Koeberg Nuclear Power Station in technical roles and management and executive positions. She obtained her PhD in Nuclear Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University in USA in 2008. Her experience in the nuclear industry has afforded her the opportunity to contribute significantly, not only to her immediate colleagues and subordinates, but also to people beyond the borders of her organisation. She is passionate about mentoring, motivating and supporting the youth to achieve their career goals.
